Every email address is checked with the live mailbox verifier the moment someone opens it. An address the verifier rejects is never shown and no credit is spent on it; addresses that pass are delivered with a green mark, Verified for an exact-mailbox pass or Accepts mail for accept-all domains. An answer is kept for 30 days, so opening the same contact again costs nothing.
The key is stored on this server and never shown again once saved.
Every search, yours included, runs against the upstream data network: the results, the headline count, the sidebar counts and the home-page figures. Searching costs nothing. Clicking Show spends one network credit for the email, which then goes through the mailbox check; the person is kept so they are never bought twice. The supplier is never named anywhere members can see.

Credit packs run on a 30-day validity. A subscribed plan renews automatically at the end of its period and the pack is granted again; cancel here anytime and it stops at the period end. New accounts must confirm a work email address before they can search, so this has to work before you open sign-ups. A cloud server cannot send mail on its own; use a delivery service.
Genie speaks the count out loud. Paste a voice-service key (ElevenLabs, from elevenlabs.io → Profile → API keys) for a natural US voice; without it the browser's own US English voice is used. You can also replace the drawn genie with your own illustration: a PNG with a transparent background, portrait, at least 800px tall, looks best.

It never returns a name, email, phone, company, LinkedIn URL or any identifier, whatever the key holder asks for. Anyone who wants the people creates a LeadVault account.
