Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

LeadVault (https://leadvaultlabs.com) is a business contact search service operated by MartechCube Technologies L.L.C ("MartechCube", "we", "us"), headquartered at #006, Floor 39, The One Tower, Barsha Heights, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Accounts are for business use and require a valid email address that you control (a work address unlocks the full free allowance), your name, a phone number and your country. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts registered with disposable mailboxes, or opened to circumvent limits, may be suspended. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. The service, credits and Campaign Studio

Searching is free of charge. Contact details are revealed against a balance you purchase:

• Credits. One credit reveals one email address or one phone number. Revealing the same item again on the same account is free. Credit packs carry a 30-day validity period and, when bought as an auto-renewing plan, renew each period; credits are non-transferable. Welcome credits on free accounts are valid for 7 days from signup and cover email reveals only; phone reveals are available on paid plans. To keep the free tier fair, self-serve signups are limited per company domain and per network.
• Campaign Studio. A done-for-you delivery service priced per verified contact ($11, minimum 100 contacts per order). A campaign brief is converted into audience segments, every email address is validated at the mailbox and every phone number is dialed by our verification team, and only contacts that pass these checks are delivered, as a segmented spreadsheet file, normally within 4 to 12 hours of payment. Orders within the published self-serve bounds are paid at checkout; other orders are quoted individually.

Balances are added to your account automatically when payment settles.

4. Fees and payment

Prices are shown at purchase and charged in US dollars through Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card details. Credit packs are sold as auto-renewing plans, billed monthly (30-day cycle) or annually (twelve months of credits up front at a 10% discount, renewing yearly), and renew automatically until cancelled from the account's Billing page. Accounts already on a plan may also add any pack as a one-time top-up, which simply runs out its validity; Campaign Studio orders are one-time purchases per campaign. Cancellation takes effect at the period end; the balance from a period remains usable until that period ends. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once credits or campaign deliveries have been added to the account; Campaign Studio's built-in protection (unverified leads are never delivered) applies automatically instead.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use data obtained through LeadVault only for legitimate business-to-business purposes and in compliance with the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and PECR), the GDPR and similar privacy regulations. You must not: send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk communications; resell, license or redistribute the data or make it available to any third party as a product; use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract the service; probe or disrupt its security; or use the data to discriminate against, harass or harm any person.

6. Data and intellectual property

The service, its software and its presentation are our property or that of our licensors. Business contact records are compiled from our own database and from licensed third-party providers, and are provided for your internal business use only. We work to keep records accurate, including verification at the moment of reveal, but business data changes constantly and we do not warrant that any individual record is accurate, current or deliverable.

7. Term, suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service or create risk for us or for others, and may decline to serve any prospective customer. On termination for breach, unused balances are forfeited.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the data in breach of these terms or of applicable law, including anti-spam and privacy law.

11. Changes

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
