Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LeadVault (https://leadvaultlabs.com) is operated by MartechCube Technologies L.L.C, #006, Floor 39, The One Tower, Barsha Heights, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use LeadVault, and the choices you have. It covers both account holders (people who sign up) and business contacts (people whose professional details appear in search results).

2. Data we collect from account holders

• Account details: name, work email address, phone number, company, country and state, and a password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Usage: searches run, records revealed, credit balance and purchase history, sign-in times and IP addresses (kept for security and audit).
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment and the amount, never your card number.

3. Business contact data

Search results contain professional information about business people (name, job title, employer, business email, business phone and office location) compiled from our own database and from licensed third-party data providers. It is provided solely for business-to-business outreach. Where required, verification checks are run against an address only at the moment an account holder reveals it.

4. How we use data

To provide and secure the service, process purchases, prevent abuse (for example, sign-up limits per network), send transactional email such as account confirmation, and improve the product. We do not sell account holders' personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the processors that make the service work: hosting (Hetzner, EU), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and data/verification providers used to fulfil reveals, each bound to process it only on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. Cookies

LeadVault uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and Google advertising measurement cookies that tell us when a visit from one of our ads becomes a signup. You can block advertising cookies in your browser without affecting the product. Nothing you search, reveal or upload is ever shared with advertisers.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit and legal purposes. Reveal and payment records are retained as required for accounting. You may ask us to close your account and delete your personal data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. If you are a business contact and wish your details removed from LeadVault search results, contact us and we will suppress the record.

9. Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS, passwords are hashed, contact details are masked in the interface until deliberately revealed, and every reveal is recorded in an audit log.

10. International transfers

We operate from the United Arab Emirates with infrastructure in the European Union and processors in the United States, using appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
